昨日膝を痛めているのを忘れて、
駆け足往復とか反復横跳びとかして悪化させたのは私です😱
その時は痛くない。
痛みは後からやってくる。
え〜ん、いた〜いよー😭
というわけで、早く目が覚めました。
朝の気温も上がって来ました。
