・豚肉と長ネギの甘味噌炒め

・野菜と豆腐のスープ
・長ネギと豆腐の味噌汁
・21穀米と小豆ともち麦と玄米ご飯
・焼き芋
・油揚げと小松菜とにんじんの塩麹炒め
・ごぼうとにんじんと油揚げの煮物
・ごぼうの甘酢炒め
・玉ねぎとおかかの塩麹炒め
冷凍できるものは、
半分アイラップに入れて冷凍庫に。

・21-grain rice, adzuki beans, glutinous barley and brown rice
・Roasted sweet potato
・Fried tofu, komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach), and carrot salt koji stir-fry
・Simmered burdock, carrot and fried tofu
・Stir-fried burdock with sweet vinegar
・Stir-fried onion and salted rice malt
Anything that can be frozen,
Put half in ai wrap and put in the freezer.
