Canvaのおかげで素晴らしく楽しい1日だった。
気がつくと家の中にこもったきり、
ほぼ動いていない。
棍を詰めてやると、すぐにこうなる。
運動しなくてはいけないのだけど、
膝も首も両手首も痛みが強い。
心技体のバランスは本当に難しい。

When I realized it, I was stuck in the house,
almost not moving.
This is what happens when I get addicted to something.
I have to exercise, but
I have severe pain in my knees, neck and wrists.
It’s really hard to balance the mind, body, and spirit.
