🔥とても気持ちの良い日だったので
自転車に乗ってみることに。

やっと出動できます。
ここで又失敗！
頑張って着替えたのですが、
着圧タイツに、矯正スパッツとハーフパンツ、ビブショーツにプロテクター入りのバイクパンツ。
普通のズボンも合わせて6枚！も重ねたら、足が曲がりません。
おまけにブーツの先に鉄板が入っているのですごく重い。
足が上がらなくてふらふらになって漕いでいました。
これはこれで負荷がかかってよかったかしら？😅

🐴カフェ
るぴなすというカフェに来ました。
世界共通のコーヒー豆ランクの上位の豆しか扱っていないというコーヒー豆屋さん。
カフェモカをお願いしたら、チョコレートソースでモカアートを描いてくれました。
幸せな時間＾＾
来て良かった！

🌲ガーデニング
近所の方が処分を手伝ってくれるそうで、有り難くお願いすることにしました。

I decided to try riding a bicycle.

I can finally go out.
But I failed again here!
I tried my best to change my clothes, but
Compression tights, corrective spats, shorts, bib shorts, and bike pants with protectors.
6 pieces including regular pants!
If I put them on top of each other, my legs won’t bend.
What’s more, there’s a steel plate in the tip of the boots, so they’re very heavy.
I was rowing unsteadily because I couldn’t lift my legs.
Is this a good thing because of the load? 😅

I came to a cafe called Lupinesu.
A coffee bean shop that sells only beans that rank high in the world’s common coffee bean rankings.
When I asked for a cafe mocha,Shop mastaer drew mocha art with chocolate sauce.
Happy time ^^
Glad I came!

I was told that a neighbor would help me dispose of dead branch, so I decided to ask for his help.
