レオ様が企画してくれたミステリーツアーに出かける
夕べ「アクティビティをするからズボンを履いてきて」と言われた。
どこに行くんだろう？

まず高速に乗って、諏訪湖パーキングから薄氷の張った湖を眺める。
今朝の気温はマイナス7℃。
寒いけど日差しが気持ちいい。
レオ様が連れてきてくれたのは、「八ヶ岳エナジーファーム」
きのこ狩りといちご狩りのできる施設です。
レオ様がきのこ狩りの予約をしておいてくれました。
何千個あるのかな？
感動のきのこちゃんたちのお部屋。
夢中になって採りました。
楽しかった！
レオ様、ありがとう！
直売所の野菜はスーパーの半額ぐらいです。珍しいきのこも買えました。
去年レオ様が偶然見つけたハンバーガー屋さんで食事。
ここは私のリクエストです。

そしてサプライズ2軒目
「里山Cafe Athene’s Forest」
すごく大きなみみずくのさっちゃんのすぐそばで、とっても美味しいコーヒーを頂けるカフェ。
冬の森も四羽のフクロウ達も静かでふか〜く癒されます。
また行きたい！
パラグライダーをやっているマスターのお話もすごく楽しくてときめきます。
3軒目のサプライズは
「陶房のぎ」大切な猫ちゃんの名前をつけた優しいご夫婦の陶芸工房。
ろくろや手びねりの体験ができます。
レオ様がろくろを予約しておいてくれました。
嬉しい！
ろくろで作るのは2作目。
ものすごく丁寧な説明で、とても勉強になりました。
ご夫婦のギャラリーが併設されているのですが、作品の美しいこと！
感動します。
絵付けというものの認識が全く変わりました。こんなに素晴らしい可能性を秘めたものなのか！と。
ぜひ、勉強に通ってみたい。
そう思いました。
最後に私のリクエストで八ヶ岳の星野リゾートに寄ってくれました。
イルミネーションが美しい。
丸山珈琲で一個のクリスマスケーキを分けて食べました。
幸せな時間をありがとう。
私のやりたいこと、ときめくことをギュッと詰め込んだ旅を企画してくれてありがとう。

狩ってきた山のような椎茸を新鮮なうちに調理しました。
Youtubeを見て無限椎茸と、椎茸のガリバタを作り、シーフードがあったので麻婆椎茸も作りました。
和洋中華の3種類。
どれも美味しいです。
太い椎茸の軸も、エリンギみたいに美味しく調理ができました。
感動！
ときめきの連続。
素晴らしい一日でした。

I’m going on a mystery tour planned by Leo-sama.
In the evening yesterday, She was told me, “We’re going to do an activity, so please put on your pants.”

First, I got on the highway and looked at the lake covered with thin ice from the Suwako parking lot.
This morning’s temperature was -7℃.
It’s cold but the sunshine feels good.
Leo-sama brought me to “Yatsugatake Energy Farm”
This is a facility where you can pick mushrooms and strawberries.
Leo-sama made a reservation for us to go mushroom picking.
I wonder if there are thousands of them?
My heart moving room of mushrooms.
I was hooked and picked it up.
it was fun!

Vegetables at the direct sales store are about half the price at the supermarket. I was also able to buy some rare mushrooms.
We ate at a hamburger shop that Leo-sama happened to find last year.
Here is my request.

“Satoyama Cafe Athene’s Forest”
A cafe where you can enjoy delicious coffee right next to Sacchan, a very large long-eared owl.
The winter forest and the four owls are quiet and soothing.
I want to go again!
The story of the paragliding master is also really fun and thrilling.
The third surprise is
“Tobo Nogi” is a pottery studio run by a kind couple named after their precious cat.
I can experience using the potter’s wheel and hand-building.
Leo-sama made a reservation for me to use the potter’s wheel.

This is my second time making it on the potter’s wheel.
It was a very detailed explanation and I learned a lot.
There is a couple’s gallery attached, and the works are beautiful!
I’m impressed.
My perception of painting has completely changed.
Does it have such great potential?
I would love to come and study.
That’s what I thought.
Finally, at my request, they stopped by Hoshino Resort in Yatsugatake.
The illumination is beautiful.
We shared a Christmas cake at Maruyama Coffee.

I cooked a mountain of shiitake mushrooms while they were still fresh.
I watched Youtube and made Mugen Shiitake Mushrooms and Shiitake Garibata, and since I had seafood, I also made Mapo Shiitake Mushrooms.
3 types: Japanese, Western, and Chinese.
All are delicious.
The thick stems of shiitake mushrooms were also deliciously cooked, just like eringi mushrooms.
Impressed!
A series of thrills.
It was a wonderful day.
