ひとつのイメージがある。
私は不登校だったので、学校は好きではなかった。けれど、昔の木の校舎の階段が大好きだった。
子供たちが触ったり雑巾掛けをして、黒びかりしている丸みを帯びた無垢の木。古民家の色を塗り直すなら、どうすればあれになるんだろう？と考え続けていた。
今回階段工事をしてもらって、階段に塗られた塗料と匂いの感じがとてもしっくりきたのだ。
これにしよう。
これで神様の場所をぴかぴか光るまで磨こう。そう思っていた。
で、今日から作業に取り掛かるはずがこの体調。
