久しぶりに大きなポカをしました。
日記のアップロードをしている間に
挑戦動画の翻訳をしようとGoogle翻訳で校正をしました。
日記の拡散が終わった後で、挑戦動画の編集をしようと思い、英訳の校正も全部削除してしまいました💦。

今日は３つ残念なことがあって、
そのうえ寝る前に、嫌なメッセージを読んでしまいました。
満月前というのは、眠いし飢餓感があります。
精神的に大きく揺れます。
イライラするし、落ち込みます。
昔経験した嫌なことも思い出します。
そんな日に、
残念なことが３つ重なっても全然心が揺れていない。
自分のマインドが強くなったことを嬉しく思います＾＾
