人は誰でも15色の才能を持っている。
その15色を組み合わせて無限の才能を作ることができるのです。
これは才能を花開かせるために挑戦する日々の記録です。

2023.05.27(金)『15色の才能を開花させる行動の日記』

10時45分に目が覚める👀

🌿主様と連絡を取り合う。

🥞料理
・ゆで卵
・21穀もち麦発芽玄米半合を、野菜のおかげとにがりとキャベツの芯を入れて炊く
・大根とキャベツを切る
・もやしとしめじのレンチン
あとは
きゅうり、梅干し、にんじん、トマト、キムチ、ごま、のり、豆腐半丁、オリーブオイル大さじ1、ココア大さじ1。これで1日分。

あとは動いた分だけダイエットになる＾＾
飲み物
コーヒーとお白湯

味付けと油はできるだけ使わないことにする。
豆腐は大豆とにがりだけで作られているもの。
梅干しも梅と塩だけでつけられているもの。
ゴミを極力出さない料理。

あとは、ネギと玉ねぎ、ニンニクと生姜を使いたいな。

・Boil 21-grain glutinous barley sprouted brown rice with vegetables soup stock and bittern and cabbage core.
・Cut the radish and cabbage
・Bean sprouts and shimeji in the range
Then,
Cucumber, pickled plum, carrot, tomato, kimchi, sesame, seaweed, half a block of tofu, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of cocoa.
This is food for 1 day.

After that, it will be a diet as much as I move.
Drink is coffee and hot water.

Try to use as little seasoning and oil as possible.
Buy tofu made only from soybeans and bittern.
I also buy umeboshi that are made with only ume and salt.
Cooking that doesn’t produce garbage as much as possible.
