朝起きると喉が痛い。
昨日、夜まで畑に居て無理したせいですね。
ホントに困り者です。

🌲造園業者さんがいらっしゃる
🌲紅葉を植える場所を一緒に確認
2メートルほどの細い若木。
この木が育つのを、あと何年見ていられるかしら？と思った。

もやし、しめじ、キムチ、ポンデケージョ、コーヒー

体調が悪いので1時間ほど横になる。
大丈夫、悪化せずに良くなるに違いない。

💰西友に買い物
西友のプライベートブランドで「みなさまのお墨付き」というのがある。
レオ様から、そのPBのストロベリールイボスティーをもらったのだが、とても美味しい。

他のバージョンもあるのかとウォーキングを兼ねて見に行ったら、
レモンルイボスティーがあったので、それを購入。

少しでもカフェイン摂取を減らせると良いな。

Seiyu has a private brand called “Everyone’s Endorsement”.
Leo-sama gave me that PB strawberry rooibos tea, and it’s very delicious.

When I went to see if there were other versions as well as walking, there was lemon rooibos tea, so I bought it.
