寝苦しい暑さ
結局眠れなかったので
4時起床
🥞料理
今日は34度まで上がると言うので、朝の涼しいうちに料理をすることに。
・豚肉と長ネギの甘味噌いため
・豚肉と玉ねぎのにんにく生姜炒め
・野菜スープ
・豆腐の味噌汁
・生野菜サラダ
・きんぴらごぼう
・こんにゃくと油揚げの煮物
・大根と油揚げの煮物
・大根と塩昆布のサラダ
・ほうれん草のニンニク炒め
・目玉焼き
・ぶりの照り焼き
・ちくわの蒲焼き
・ちくわとピーマンの炒め物
・温野菜サラダ
ウエストポーチが壊れました。
毎日ハードに使っているから仕方ない。
このことが良いことに変わりますように。

そういえば料理の時に不思議なことがありました。
ウエストポーチから携帯を取り出すとメルカリの注文画面になっています。
びっくりしてよく見ると、私が探していたハスの花の注文画面。
しかも夏だけではなくて年中咲く品種。
「あぁ、これを買えば良いのね。」そう思って注文しました。
前にも同じような事があったのを思い出しました。
神さまに守られています。
感謝です。
8時に寝て
12時に起きました。
ものすごく強い日差し。
大きな雲。
夏が本格的に始まった感じ。

カバーを買う時もサイズを測って行ったのですが迷っていました。
その時に店員さんが欠品を補充したカバーがありました。
「あぁ、これを買えば良いのね」
そう思って買ってきたらぴったり。
1番安い値段で買えました。

玄関の物を全て片付けたら自転車を買いに行こうと決めて、掃除と整理を始めました。
リビングと和室と玄関の本を全て集めたら、アトリエが埋まってしまいました。
今度はこれを諏訪教室に持って行き、15色の才能に分けて置きます。
こんな試行錯誤をもう4年もしています。
イメージを形にするのって難しい。
