身体の調子があまり良くない。
多分満月前だからだと思う。
午前中に岡谷へ荷物の積み込みに行くつもりだったのを取りやめにした。

動画編集と英訳と拡散
こんな体調だと夜は辛いだろうと思い、慌てて動画編集を始めた。
少し編集しては横になり、また少し編集しては、うとうとと眠り、を繰り返す。

目が覚める👀

🐦車に自転車を乗せて岡谷教室へ。
車がカーブを曲がる時に、自転車のハンドルに頭を叩かれてしまった。痛い！
28日にも引っ越しの荷物を運んでいて、石膏像が足の上に落ちて悲鳴をあげた。
痛い！
骨は何ともないようだけど、大きな痣になっていて触れると痛い😅

7月中に片付けを終わらせたいと焦っているからこうなる。
もう少し落ち着かないと。

動画編集が終わっているから心身ともにリラックス。

毎日こんな夜を迎えたいと思う。
