痛み止めを飲まずに寝たら、
いろいろな悪夢を見た。
7時半
🔥食事
🐴起床
🌸着替え
8時
🥞病院へ
専門のお医者さんが改めて診察してくださった。
抜糸は10日後。
今日からお風呂も良いし、炊事もして良いとのこと。
4針縫って、次の日から軟膏と傷絆創膏だけ。
患部も普通に洗って良くて、
消毒液はかけないほうが良いそう。
傷の扱い方も変わってきているんだと思った。

集中して勉強ができて嬉しい＾＾
久しぶりにポテトも食べました。

If I go to bed without taking painkillers,
I had all kinds of nightmares.

A specialist doctor examined me again.
Stitches will be removed after 10 days.
From today onwards,I can take a bath and cook.
I received 4 stitches, and from the next day I only wore ointment and bandages.
I can also wash the affected area normally.
It’s better not to use disinfectant.
I think the way I treat wounds is also changing.
