今日はお昼まで寝ているつもりだったが、
実家の母からの電話で目が覚めた。
午後は運転手をすることになった。

💻家を出る時に、鼻歌を歌うくらい楽しいことが起きて、家に戻りますようにとお願いして、そのイメージを強く持った。

このまま帰っても何も起きないな…さてどうしよう？と考えて、
たまご屋さんのプリンを食べて帰ることにした。

桟橋で写真を撮っていたら、
偶然わかさぎ釣りの船が帰ってきた。
そこにたまたま知人がいて、挨拶を交わしたら、なんと釣ったばっかりの新鮮なわかさぎをプレゼントしてくれた。

湖の神様からの贈り物だ。
感謝申し上げます。

慌てて岡谷教室に行き、YouTubeでレシピを勉強する。

主様、美味しいコーヒーとおやつをありがとうございました。

フンを絞り出し塩水で洗う。
初めてのわかさぎの天ぷら。

普段は、たくさんの油を使わないので天ぷらの油を置いていない。
たまごと小麦粉で衣を作り、オリーブオイルで揚げ焼きにした。
とっても美味しかったけど、ちょっと揚げ過ぎたかも。
次の機会にはもっと上手くできそう。

初めの体験にドキドキ💓
気がつけば鼻歌を歌いながら運転をしていた。
「引き寄せの法則だわ〜」と思いながら。

明日の工事の職人さんのおやつを買う。

Even if I go back like this, nothing will happen…Now what should I do? Thinking,I decided to eat pudding from the egg shop and go home.

By chance, the smelt fishing boat came back.
I happened to have an acquaintance there, and when I exchanged greetings, he presented me with a fresh smelt that he had just caught.

I don’t usually keep tempura oil because I don’t use a lot of oil.
The batter was made from eggs and flour, and then fried in olive oil.
