今日のコーヒー豆はニカラグア
自分のイメージする珈琲の香りとは違うんだけど、何とも良い香りのするコーヒーでした。
お湯を入れて飲んでみると、最後に酸味が残る感じでそれほど好みではないのだけど、
お湯を落とす前のコーヒー豆の香りが複雑ですごく良いです。
あと、最後にカップの中に残った香り。
コーヒー豆って不思議。
