やっと疲れ過ぎているんだと分かりました。
昨日7メートルの天井と片側の壁の漆喰を一気に塗ったせいだと思います。
どうやら自分のエネルギーを超えて頑張った結果暴飲暴食になるという、典型的な赤色の才能のネガティブな依存をやっています。
こんな時はひたすら休んで回復に努めます。
回復したら、またすぐやりたい💦

小学生の頃から優しくて天使みたいな子ですが、
